Teen Program Director

We are currently seeking a fulltime Teen Program Director at our Glendale location to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate a wide range of programs and activities targeted for youth ages 13 -18. Will also supervise staff, recruit new members, manage budget, and provide guidance and positive role-modeling to teens. Teen programs focus on Life Skills development and sports. Must be able to work evenings and some weekends.

We prefer applicants with a College degree. This position requires recent experience working directly with youth, minimum of one year direct supervisory experience and proven time-management, communication, and organizational skills; computer skills a must. Also requires experience in youth program development, knowledge of youth development concept.
