Clubhouse Director
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson is looking for a Clubhouse Director. The Clubhouse Director has responsibility for directing and managing the overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse with primary concern for the coordination and implementation of the Club Programs, supervision and training of staff, the care and upkeep of the facility, community relations, and membership administration. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three – five years of experience in developing and administering youth programs, supervising staff and maintaining a facility, preferably in a Boys & Girls Clubs setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. BOOST Collaborative (San Diego, CA)

Operations Associate

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Operations Associate will play a key role in the organization and daily operations of BOOST Collaborative. This position requires flexibility, problem solving, and attention to detail and high quality work. Number of hours: 32-40. The position also oversees all aspects of the company's Internship Program. Number of hours: 32-40. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. An associate’s degree in early childhood education/child development, or a CDA credential preferred. 2. Demonstrated understanding of high quality preschool programming, and demonstrated ability to work successfully with 3, 4 & 5 year old children and their families. Ability to work effectively with families from diverse cultures and lifestyles. Ability to work independently and as an effective team member. Experience with the High/Scope approach desirable.
JOB GOAL: To plan, lead and implement classroom activities in the Madison School District ECP Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate preschool activities using the High/Scope approach. 2. Lead and guide Assistant(s) in implementation of daily activities. 3. Model appropriate teaching strategies and train Aide(s) as needed. 4. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with children, parents and staff. 5. Supervise classroom setup, routines and activities to insure children’s safety at all times. 6. Maintain a classroom environment which promotes active learning, key experiences, cooperation and enjoyment. 7. Maintain standards of acceptable behavior using positive, non-punitive, developmentally appropriate techniques for guidance. 8. Assist the Program Manager in assuring that licensing standards are met, and in working toward high quality program standards as outlined by NACCP (National Association for Child Care Providers). 9. Work with Program Manager, Director of Community Education and Assistants in team planning, observation and assessment of children’s daily activities and progress. 10. Interact with parents in a supportive and responsive manner, keeping them informed of the daily progress and needs of their child(ren). 11. Work with the Director of Community Education to ensure that children with special needs are appropriately and effectively served by the program. 12. Work with Program Coordinator to maintain adequate on-hand resources, supplies and equipment. 13. Participate in all staff meetings and staff development training opportunities. 14. Perform supervision, clerical and clean-up duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator. 15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Community Education.

High School Life Skills (DTT) Center Director
The Director of the Life Skills Program for high school students is responsible for providing individualized, responsive, quality programs, including assisting their Friday Fun Night and Social Saturday Recreational Activities Program Leader, as well as providing supervision of their Adult Program Participants as needed. Duties include:
·         Generating and maintaining a fiscally responsible and sustainable budget
·         Training and supervising direct support staff, and strategically planning for program growth and development
·         Demonstrate knowledge of DDD and State regulations, best practices, and implement these practices
·         Develop Life Skills curriculum consistent with the needs, and interests of program participants
·         Train and supervise direct support providers to implement and deliver curriculum
·         Manage program income and control expenses
·         Increase annual program profit to plan for future needs and expansion
·         Attend annual ISP meetings for program participants and develop meaningful goals and objectives consistent with the life skills development interests and needs of the program participant
·         Maintain accurate and timely program participant files and records in accordance with DDD specifications and One Step Beyond Policies and Procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
·         Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disability
·         Experience developing life skills developmental activities and curriculum
·         Ability to communicate key messages clearly, succinctly, verbally and in writing and with confidence to a variety of audiences
·         Strong organizational and computer skills
·         Leadership experience.
Preferred Requirements:
·         Bachelor's degree or proof of continuing education.
